Quality products and happy customers are our top priorities. So, if you have a concern about your order, please contact us so that we can provide the information you desire or fix the problem.
ORDERS
Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. We typically ship out orders between 1 and 2 business days. If you would like your package shipped out sooner, please email us, and we'll do our best to accommodate if we can. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will inform you via email.
PAYMENTS WE ACCEPT
UPstudio accepts PayPal, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. Please contact us if you need a payment type we don't have listed. We do not accept payment over the phone.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation with the order status and tracking information. We ship all goods out via USPS or UPS. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes via UPS due to shipping restrictions. We currently only offer shipping within the continental United States along with Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada (up to 1.8 lb or what will fit within a USPS flat rate padded envelope). Please e-mail us if you are interested in international shipping or a US Territory and we can set up a special order.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on weight. You are able to see shipping costs at checkout, before finalizing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Other than Canada (up to 1.8 lb or what will fit within a USPS flat rate padded envelope) UPstudio does not currently offer international shipping at checkout. Please e-mail us if this is something you are interested in.
TAX
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of North Carolina. For all orders to be shipped within the state of North Carolina, a state sales tax of of 4.75% will apply, along with your applicable county tax (2.0% to 2.75%). This will be automatically calculated.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know right away. You may return the goods un-opened and in their original condition within 10 business days of your receipt for a refund. Once the merchandise arrives back to us we will issue a refund on the product(s). Shipping is non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders may not be changed or cancelled once they are noted as shipped. If your information was inputted incorrectly please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it before it is processed.
SECURITY
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We will never share or sell your information to a third party organization. Your information is collected solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order. Your personal information is safe and protected with an SSL (secure socket layer) built into our site. This will ensure that all of your data is encrypted and protected.
